Cookies are small text files that websites visited by users send to their devices, where they are stored and then retransmitted to these websites on subsequent visits. In general, they can be installed:

    Purpose: Hotjar cookie that is set when the customer first lands on a page with the Hotjar script. It is used to persist the Hotjar User ID, unique to that site on the browser. This ensures that behaviour in subsequent visits to the same site will be attributed to the same user ID.

After this check, the cookie is removed.
